So tomorrow in French class, our student teacher Mademoiselle Barnett is leaving. My class, along with all of the other French classes, are throwing separate parties for her! Today, I came up with the idea that we each write our own cards to her and place them in a basket, and we would send her off on a scavenger hunt to find them. At the end of the hunt, she would find all of the students in the back lot of the school, waiting for her with croissants, soda, cookie cake, etc. Sounds fun, right? Uhh...yeah! Of course it sounds fun!
French has had a major impact on me this year. It was my first year of taking a foreign language besides Spanish, and I do want to spend a lot of time in my life in France. I know that Spanish is a language that is more commonly used besides English, but if I am going to live in Europe, specifically the U.K., I think it would be healthier for me to learn French.
I know this is my first blog post on this blog, so I'll tell you what it's all about. Basically, I'm going to be writing about my writing process for the book that I'm writing. If I have new ideas, I'll post them here. If I move on, professionally-wise, I'll inform the readers! I'll also be talking about books and writing in today's society, and do polls about your favorite books or authors, or your plans for writing a book.
If you have any potential thoughts on plots, characters, settings, conflicts, and all the like, let me know!
